For the record, I think Haldir was the ONLY cute guy in the entire series. Yes, even better than Legonoarse (far too girly) and VigNeedsABathgo (sweaty dirty not that good looking). Plus, who can beat the whole tragic death angle?

Haldir is the Spock of LOTR. Solemn, intellectual, a resolute sense of duty and a warrior to boot. He's not trying to win any MurderDeathKill notch competition with an equally blood thirsty dwarf.
